To contact the wireless product support center, please send an email to psms@digitalorchid.com. You can also contact us by phone at 866-627-2278.
If you have had a problem with downloading a wireless product please make sure you include the following in your correspondence:
- Your cell phone number
- The manufacturer and model of your handset
- The Content Code of the product you tried to download
- The date you tried to download the product
- A detailed explanation of the problem you encountered, including a step-by-step overview of the process
- Is your phone internet enabled on your carriers plan?
The wireless product support team works directly with the end user via e-mail and telephone and its carrier partners on a case-by-case basis to resolve any issues.
